OratCare Institute of Health (OIH) is delighted to share their commitment and opportunity to support the mission, vision, and purpose of the organization to achieve its values to address the challenges faced by dropout students in low-income families, student from disadvantaged and underserved community, New Mainers, Immigrant Community, Refugee, and asylum seekers. We believe in education and prevention as tools to provide knowledge to our community for them to understand cultural integration, health awareness, health prevention, mental health awareness, and environmental risk factors by enlightening families, communities, school officials, and other communities about the challenges students faced each day. At OIH, we value education and cultural integration that support our community to understand the challenges post to our students due to lack of resources, lack of wellness and health wise. In addition, cultural integration helps foster a sense of unity within a community. It also enhances a community by allowing people to experience something that they may not have access to otherwise.
Therefore, OIH working to help young people gain strengths may signal a lesion that other may be able to learn about the existence of other cultures, language, food, traditions, and arts of other cultures around them without traveling to those countries of origin. With this, we are here to fosters respect for different cultures and well-informed young people about inspiration about educational journey including reading books, that promote cultural integration and a sense of unity within communities as well as fostering respect for other cultures with a unique opportunity related to education, health; especially, for new immigrant that arrived in this country, for them to understand how to overcome cultural shock in North America.
Education: Helping Students/Children and Having a Brighter Future.
The OIH hopes to provide the support that bridges student future career and recognized many students struggle on how to get into College or University after graduation from the High School among the immigrant community in Maine. It is about more than one program or initiative to develop an effective future career and the efforts that must be a systemic, ongoing process within the school and community. The efforts are to design a strategy that supports students At-risk of not graduating or students that find it hard to join College and University to have access to gain an academic, personal/social, and work readiness skills necessary that provide them with a productive life. It is profound and significant to increase student ability to get back to school and takes a combination of efforts at the community, district, school, classroom, and individual student levels.



About Us
Background of OratCare Institute of Health (OIH)
The Organization shall be “OratCare Institute of Health,” and ‘OIH‘ shall be its acronym, referred to as “the Organization.” Therefore, OratCare Institute of Health (OIH) is a corporation that is Nonprofit Organization organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, making distributions that qualify as exempt organizations. The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are: To foster cultural integration, education, and health, raise awareness, and support cultural activities inclusive of networking to overcome cultural shock in North America. This nonprofit corporation was formed in Portland, Maine, on March 3, 2023, to endeavor its charitable organization objectives under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. In addition, the efforts made and endorsed cultural integration, education (tutoring, social and health awareness), support cultural activities, create health and environmental awareness, and educate the community on the importance of social and economic issues to overcome cultural shock in North America.
OIH Possibilities

OratCare Institute of Health Networking
The OIH is open to network with various organization in Maine as well as any district/School in the State of Maine to do an evaluation and determine the best Network System that will help student education and the opportunities structures by Consultancy Protocol.

The OIH Research-Based Strategies
The OIH works with staff to ensure care for young adults and children that struggle with academic get support from OIH team/leadership on the way forward that will allow them to engage, listen and motivated to overcome barriers related to their education.

Mental Health Education
The OIH hopes for young adults with mental health awareness to provide more information and connect them with resources that support the combination of the mind is just as vulnerable to injuries as the body. The OIH could promote social change in combating the course of Mental Health.
