What People Say About our Organization (OratCare Institute of Health)?
Thanks to the staff of OratCare with incredible approach derived from a compassionate and sensitive, yet they also know how to set boundaries with the kids who need it. It is an incredibly therapeutic environment where the kids learn academics at their own individual pace and thanks to everything that improved my grandson’s education. I appreciate all of you and all the time, the staff dedicated to him and my family. “Sabina, grandmother of student at Portland High School

I politely thank you for all the help you have given to me. God bless all the staff at OratCare Institute of Health for help me get to college. Thank you so much.

I want to give thanks to all the staff for the support that they give to my son and for not giving up on him and helping him see all the efforts that you guys make for him. Thanks to all of you for all this help, I have no words to express all my feelings and the appreciation that I feel for all of you. God bless all of you for being such good people with my son academic success.

Before seeking help from OratCare Institute of Health (OIH) my daughter hated school because she would get teased by her peers and the teachers that make him not succeed in the school. I would have to pick her up from school early almost every day. She did not learn during the day. She would retaliate against us at home for her rough days at school. Since coming to OIH, my daughter has made friends. I have never had to pick her up early from school due to behaviors, and she is learning in class. When she gets home from school she talks about the ups and downs of her day, instead of reacting with anger. This is a blessing for standing with OIH’s Staff, counseling, and board of directors for making it easy to communicate with the staff. Feedback is always positive, with options and suggestions. Our future was once an obscure doom. Now, my daughter says she wants to graduate from college and become independent. Before and now I thought she would end up in some type of group home, but OIH has given us the possibilities of endless life. Thank you, thank you OIH!

As a parent, I cannot say enough about the hard work and dedication of your board of directors and staff of OIH to give our children the opportunity and us as parents to know how children have got to success. I thank you all for your continued efforts and sacrifice to educate our children and as inspiration our children. Thank you all for everything and God bless.

I wanted to thank you and your staff at OIH for working with my son these years. It has all paid off and we are extremely proud of his success. It's not easy working with children who have learning disabilities and dropout of High School due to disabilities. I thank God every day for my son's continued progress, and I thank all of you at OratCare Institute of Health!

Before I came to OratCare Institute of Health (OIH) I was not doing well in school and that resulted in to failing. My behavior prevented me from learning. My GPA was a 1.6. I would ditch class and get into fights with my peers. I did not even think college was an option for me. When I met staff at OIH, I learned coping skills and the staff made me learn to associate with others and was able to access the opportunity for students who do not really like going to school. After only 3 months at the University of Maine in Orono, my professor/instructor saw what a great impact the school had on me. My GPA was up to a 3.2 because the program they use works. The staff really cares about the students and wants them to live better lives, I am proof of the OratCare Institute of Health for showing me way. Now I have dreams for my future and see going to college as a reality for myself. Thank you, OratCare Institute of Health!

When I arrived in the United States of America, and before I joined the University of New England, I did not know anyone, but I was struggling to understand the American English language and how to get connected to university. When I was introduced to OratCare, and before I met the staff of OIH, I learned how to apply myself and realized my dream of being able to help my family and my country. I learned how to show respect to everyone, including myself.

I never stayed in one school for very long. I was asked to leave most schools because of my behavior. I needed more help with certain subjects and would act out because it was frustrating to not be able to keep up with others in class on schoolwork because of my learning disabilities. When I met staff from OIH three months back, I was able to stay at school for a long time. Academically, I feel like I still need to learn some things, but I can feel myself achieving more, which motivates me to keep learning. I have great relationships with the staff, so I feel safe at the OIH, I am very excited to be graduating from community College in the next few weeks and feel that OratCare Institute of Health has helped me get set up for a successful future.

I want to thank OIH for their wonderful program. It really helped me change my behaviors before I graduated in 2013 from high school to head to university. I had so many wonderful staff and in all my years that I was there they never gave up on me and were always there to help me. Thank you!

At the OratCare Institute of Health (OIH) the love and compassion that flows through OIH is evident in our staff. From the moment I entered the office, I was treated with kindness and respect. The instruction that is being provided at OIH to our students is to be commended. The staff and the support required in a special-needs environment is unique and non-traditional. I admire the commitment and support the staff provide for this extremely important demographic.
